I am an Inria researcher (CR2) at the Hybrid Team at INRIA Rennes. I received my PhD in Computer Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya on 2011. My research activity has been devoted on the field of 3D User Interfaces (3DUI) which is multidisciplinary research field involving Virtual Reality, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Graphics, Human Factors, Ergonomics and Human Perception. My research is focused on the improvement of the usability in virtual reality applications, particularly, the analysis of the major factors influencing selection performance and the development of novel 3D object selection techniques. My research interests in 3DUI also extends to navigation, manipulation, and application control tasks. I am involved on major conferences on 3D User Interfaces as PC member (IEEE Symposium on 3D User Interfaces and the ACM Symposium on Spatial User Interaction).
